臺灣工藝、綠工藝、工藝產業、工藝生態系、社會實踐

工藝乃因應人類需求而生，並隨時代趨勢演變發展。本研究旨在闡明工藝之價值，梳理臺灣工藝的起源，探究目前臺灣工藝因自然、政治、社會、經濟等環境背景變遷所產生之趨勢發展，像是產業人力老化、體驗經濟商機、電子商務新興交易模式等。本研究以「綠工藝」來涵容臺灣工藝九大價值思惟，包含實踐面之「頂真精神」、「工作倫理」、「愉悅勞動」、「生活美學」；本質面之「自然」、「循環」、「平衡」、「寬容」、「生命力」，並提出前揭臺灣工藝價值之實踐方向，包含建立臺灣工藝知識體系、推動工藝研創與技轉、建構人才育成體系、創造工藝美學經濟、落實工藝文化平權近用、成立工藝育成基地等。最後，以健全臺灣工藝生態系以及工藝價值的社會實踐為目標，從生態系的視野出發，結合社會分工來落實與推動，讓工藝為所有人服務，創造利他的社會價值。

　Crafts come from human needs and evolve over time. This study aims at elaborating the core values of crafts, and exploring the origin and development of Taiwan crafts under natural, political, social, and economic influences, leading to changes such as aging workforce in the craft industry, new opportunities in the experience economy, and emerging e-commerce business models, etc. This study uses “Green Crafts” to accommodate nine core values of Taiwan crafts. The practical aspects include “persistence and concentration”, “work ethics”, “delight in work”, “beauty of everyday life” and the essential aspects include “naturalness”, “circulation”, “balance”, “tolerance”, and “vitality.” These values can be put into practice by the following methods: to establish the knowledge system of Taiwan crafts; to promote craft research, development, and knowledge transfer; to develop an integrated talent cultivation system; to create an economy of craft and aesthetics; to implement craft cultural equality and accessibility; to construct craft incubators. Furthermore, with the goals of improving Taiwan craft ecosystem and putting the above-mentioned values of Taiwan crafts into social practice, this study incorporates the concept of “social solidarity” within a social-ecological perspective to achieve the ideal of “craft for all” and the altruistic social value of crafts.
